How Much Does an Exercise Physiology Session Cost?

Fee per service (as of July 2024)

  • Initial assessment

    • $150

  • Follow up consults

    • $120

  • Treatment sessions

    • $100

Program fees (as of July 2024)

  • NeuroHab

    • $200 weekly ($1600 total for 8 weeks)

    • $1400 if paid upfront

  • Onero

    • $60 weekly​

Can I Get Rebates or Funding?

Private Health Insurance rebates are available if you have the relevant extras cover for Exercise Physiology. This can be done in clinic with HICAPS or yourself by uploading the invoice to your insurance company.

A referral and prior approval maybe required if you're wanting to attend under a thrid party compensation scheme such as Medicare. Please click each of the links below for specific information about each compensation scheme

Payment Methods

All usual payment options are accepted to make the process nice and easy.

We have a HICAPS terminal onsite for instant Private Health Insurance claiming.

  • Direct deposit

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation under 24hrs of the appointment time will require full payment.

Exemptions can be granted for genuine emergencies, but that's a case by case scenario.

Our cancellation fees are not meant to be a punishment, but as a means to continue to operate and offer our specialist services.


We care deeply about our patients continuity of care and getting the treatment they need.
For us to be able to operate, as all service based business do, we need to charge these fees for missed and late cancellations.
