Can I Get Rebates or Funding?
Private Health Insurance rebates are available if you have the relevant extras cover for Exercise Physiology. This can be done in clinic with HICAPS or yourself by uploading the invoice to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation under 24hrs of the appointment time will require full payment.
Exemptions can be granted for genuine emergencies, but that's a case by case scenario.
Our cancellation fees are not meant to be a punishment, but as a means to continue to operate and offer our specialist services.
We care deeply about our patients continuity of care and getting the treatment they need.
For us to be able to operate, as all service based business do, we need to charge these fees for missed and late cancellations.
